Studios. Featuring
an in-depth Q&A introduction with Piet Gerards, Stefan
Sagmeister,
Bernhard Stein, Henry Steiner, Niklaus Troxler and myself, Small
Studios is a
rich publication that explores 100 small design studios from around the
world by German- and Chinese-based design publisher Hesign.
Self-covered in 130gm2 stock, the book is a surprisingly light brick
of paper. The binding is raw and the edges are finished with band saw- cut. Hesign
publications are finely detailed and hard to come by.
