STOPOVER BY BRUCE CONNEW, VICTORIA UNIVERSITY PRESS WITH UNIVERSITY OF HAWAI'I PRESS, 2007

A book and exhibition. Printed by EBS, Verona, Italy, photographer, Bruce Connew’s latest book (Victoria University Press with co-publisher, University of Hawaii Press), Stopover, was launched in Vatiyaka, Fiji, in the shade of the mango trees in with the people who feature in the book. The work was first exhibited at Pataka Art Gallery, Wellington, New Zealand in 2007.

The book won a silver at New Zealand’s BEST Design Awards in 2007, and has been selected for inclusion in the 2008 D&AD Awards annual.
